Aligning with Adjustments: A special class with Sarah & K-Lea

 Skillful hands-on adjustments can be enlightening if done well, at the right time, with receptivity and compassion. Come join Sarah and K-Lea for a special class sprinkled with lots of hands on cues while being verbally led through a flow sequence. Continuing students are invited to enjoy the opportunity to go deeper into assisted postures focusing on alignment and stability.  Sarah will start with classic Vinyasa  and K-Lea will finish with restorative postures.
