This class is for all bodies who have given birth and are interested in learning how to identify and properly tone the pelvic floor with Yoga postures and functional movement exercises. K-Lea will guide you through a practice of poses primarily inspired by her teacher training with Leslie Howard, author of Pelvic Liberation.
