Broga is an all-level yoga class where it is totally okay if you cannot touch your toes. Tight guys and beginners welcome!
We explore physical poses for balance, core strength, flexibility and breathing. Improve your flexibility, reduce stress, lubricate your joints, enhance your immune system and increase spinal flexion and extension with foundational and functional stretching and strengthening. Promote well-being, balanced strength and mental focus while integrating conscious breathing into your practice. Concise, systematic instruction allows students to perform each stretch in an anatomically intelligent way to avoid injury or pain. Props will be introduced to maximize safe progression and support.
