Basic Yoga setup for all classes

Preparing your Practice space
Find a quiet space in your home and gather your props. It is ideal if you can set yourself up near a wall. If you need help ordering props I am happy to help suggest prop suppliers.
Yoga mat, or a non-slippery, bare floor will work
A bolster or firm couch cushion
A Yoga chair or regular kitchen chair will work
A Yoga strap. A tie, belt or dog leash works
2 or 3 firm blankets
1-2 blocks, or large books, a footstool, or a low chair are suitable substitutions. Just make sure your support is stable and easy to move around
