Backstory:  My 92-year young grandmother was having back pain and subsequently had quit doing her daily 1-hour morning walk. She was not sleeping well as her back/hip would hurt when she rolled over or moved in bed. I spent over an hour a day with her for 10 days practicing this routine. It was thrilling for me to see her progress as we moved through steps and stages. You will see in this pictorial how she progressed. She is now back to her hour-long daily walk and is out of pain. She does many of the Yoga poses pictured here (she admits not all of them) every day.
