What the Video is not, a disclaimer: The video is a recording of me teaching a Zoom Yoga class as a way for those who cannot make specific class times or cannot do the live stream "Zoom-thing". The videos are imperfect. Sometimes they skip, freeze and jump or the audio and video are not synced. I do not wear fancy Yoga clothes, have professional lighting, hair, or make-up. The sound gets weird when I lie down, you will hear me occasionally cue my clients, cackle at my own stupid jokes, and use silly metaphors that may or may not make sense to you immediately.
What the video is: I put time and energy into creating an all-levels class that a beginner and intermediate would enjoy and benefit from. Most times I provide an insightful reading or Yoga Sutra to contemplate. The videos are authentic. I attempt to be my natural self, not perfect but progressing and doing my best as I am right now. I do the practice with you. I am not only just staring at a screen attempting to correct my clients. I have many years of teaching Iyengar Yoga and have benefitted many people thanks to my practice and the expertise of the teachers before me whom I have had the pleasure to study with. Namaste' K-Lea
